1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、能够独立梳理业务流程，具备较强的逻辑思维能力和业务抽象能力，能站在业务视角感知并解决问题，善于将复杂问题拆解并推动执行； 3、具备较强的责任心、自驱力及跨团队、跨职能沟通协调能力，优秀的用户同理心，有良好的学习能力； 4、关注细节，对新技术与事物有强烈的好奇心。
