1、负责电商客服AI质检模型策略规划、分场景体系建设与评测运营：围绕电商客服不同服务场景，制定智能质检模型策略与迭代方向，搭建AI质检Agent和评测机制以及效果验证方法，协同产品、算法等团队持续优化模型覆盖能力、识别准确率和实际解决效果；针对电商客服不同业务场景下的质检问题，抽象Agent搭建体系，实现高速度、低token的智能质检体系搭建； 2、负责AI质检知识与方案内容库建设：沉淀客服质检标准、业务规则、典型问题、场景方案和标注口径，搭建并持续更新大模型知识库及方案内容库，支撑模型训练、策略优化和业务应用复用； 3、负责智能质检产品运营与能力落地：深入理解客服业务和产品能力，结合不同业务需求制定AI质检运营方案，推动产品能力在业务侧上线、应用、反馈闭环和持续优化，提升服务体验和运营效率； 4、负责需求运营机制搭建与跨团队协同推进：与业务体验、服务方案、产品、算法、研发等团队建立高效协作机制，收集并梳理各类客服内部AI赋能需求，完成需求识别、优先级判断、方案推动、进度跟进和结果复盘； 5、负责数据驱动的运营分析、策略优化与前沿趋势跟踪：围绕模型覆盖率、识别准确率、问题命中率、业务采纳率、推广渗透率等关键指标，建立分析框架并开展专项分析，识别优化机会；关注AI助手、大模型、智能质检等方向的行业发展和最佳实践，结合客服业务场景识别可落地的创新机会，推动新能力探索和业务价值验证。

1、本科及以上学历，对AI技术及应用有浓厚兴趣，具备1年及以上AI搭建经验，理解大模型、Al助手、智能质检等方向的基本逻辑和发展趋势，能够结合业务场景提出合理的能力优化方向； 2、有电商平台、客服、服务体验或智能问答工具运营经验者优先，具备较强的业务理解能力，能够快速理解电商客服服务链路、质检场景和运营诉求，并将业务问题抽象为可执行的产品或运营方案； 3、具备较强的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立完成问题收集、调研分析、标准梳理、方案搭建及效果复盘，并推动方案落地产生实际业务价值； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，能够熟练使用SQL、Excel或其他分析工具，通过数据发现问题、评估模型和产品效果，并支持运营决策； 5、熟悉需求管理和项目推进流程，具备良好的跨团队协同能力与项目管理能力，能够推动产品、算法、研发与业务团队高效合作；具备较强的负责人意识、自驱力和执行力，能够在快速变化的业务环境中主动识别问题、持续推进项目并对结果负责； 6、具备一定的内容运营与推广能力，能够输出清晰的方案文档、培训材料和推广内容，推动产品能力被有效理解、采纳和使用。
