1、负责Design Lab、Ecosystem的动态设计语言定义，覆盖状态变化、Transition、反馈与AI行为表现，参与AI产品、手机OS、系统级体验中的动效方案设计，让Motion成为产品交互的一部分，围绕AI Assistant、Agent工作流、多模态交互等场景，设计自然、可理解、有语义的动态反馈； 2、搭建系统动效规范，沉淀动效原则、节奏、缓动、状态反馈和实现规格； 3、与UX、UI、工程团队紧密协作，推动动效从概念、原型到线上实现； 4、参与前瞻性动效探索、产品宣传视频及关键体验Demo的视觉动态表达。

1、4—5年以上动效设计工作经验，动画、设计、数字媒体或相关专业背景优先； 2、具备优秀的动效审美、节奏感和系统化思维，能说明动效背后的产品语义，而非单纯做视觉包装； 3、熟练掌握After Effects、Figma、ProtoPie、Rive、Lottie、Principle、Blender等工具中的一种或多种； 4、有手机OS、AI产品、系统动效、实时图形或复杂C端产品动效经验者优先； 5、理解研发落地约束，能与工程团队共同定义动效参数、性能边界和实现方案，具备高质量原型输出能力，能快速验证动态体验并推动团队达成共识； 6、有好奇心，持续关注AI交互、系统动效、3D/实时图形与行业趋势。
