团队介绍：聚焦存算一体芯片设计，主要围绕AI大模型应用场景进行高能效计算技术创新，设计多款基于存算一体架构的高能效AI芯片，突破传统冯・诺依曼架构下的 "内存墙" 瓶颈，提升能效比、降低算力成本。团队具备独立流片与量产落地能力，累计申请专利近300项，核心专利覆盖“底层器件-核心架构-工程落地”全流程。同时与字节各团队算力需求整体协同，更好的发挥存算一体芯片的技术价值，共同为AI业务提供高能效算力底座。

1、与技术项目经理配合，负责在研项目运营类工作，包括项目立项、进度跟踪、资源协调、风险管控、阶段复盘及收尾验收，保障项目按时、按质、按量交付； 2、负责项目管理相关工具配置搭建，包括项目排期计划、数据统计分析等，及时同步项目进展、问题及整改方案； 3、组织项目关键里程碑评审会议，定义各里程碑准入准出条件及交付物，确保交付按时、齐备、合规； 4、统筹项目资源调配，协调跨部门协作问题，打通团队协作壁垒，解决项目推进中的卡点、难点问题； 5、跟进项目问题及风险闭环，建立风险台账，提前预判项目潜在隐患，制定应对预案，降低项目交付风险； 6、沉淀项目案例、经验及方法论，推动项目管理标准化、常态化落地，持续优化公司项目管理水平。

1、3年以上项目管理/项目运营/PMO经验（硬件、芯片、消费电子、软件项目均可）； 2、精通项目管理工具：Jira、飞书项目、多维表格（或同类，如Confluence、Notion、Project）； 3、流程意识强、条理清晰，能独立搭建项目节点体系与文档规范； 4、强推动力与沟通协调能力，能在无直接管辖权下推动多方交付； 5、细心、责任心强，对“节点、材料、deadline”敏感。

加分项： 1、有硬件/芯片/端到端交付项目的管理经验； 2、有PMP/敏捷（Scrum）等认证或实践经验； 3、有技术背景或能快速理解技术需求（能看懂技术文档、听懂评审）； 4、有搭建团队级项目管理体系（从0到1）的经验。
