1、负责大模型数据生产体系构建，从大规模的数据合成到人机协同，深入研究大模型工作原理，深度参与和助力大模型效果迭代； 2、深度参与业务，通过数据分析与算法策略改进，优化大模型数据的交付质量与规模，提升模型效果和用户体验，并与跨部门团队协作推动项目落地； 3、推动数据平台的智能化演进，搭建AI辅助的智能标注、质量校验与数据迭代闭环系统，实现任务的自动分配、错误智能修正、数据价值自动评估，降低人力成本并提升数据生产的标准化与规模化； 4、主导老系统的渐进式重构与边界治理；在引入AI生成代码提升效率的同时，能够建立有效的隔离与防御机制； 5、关注行业前沿技术，探索大模型在代码生成、多模态处理、自动化评测等领域的创新应用，为数据生产系统的技术底座提供前瞻性建议。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的工程能力，具备代码能力与系统抽象能力，能够熟练应对复杂状态机流转、高复用业务组件抽象以及遗留系统的渐进式改造； 3、具备强烈的“契约优先”和“边界防范”意识，深刻理解在借助AI工具（大模型辅助编程）实现大幅提效的同时，如何通过设计高内聚低耦合的业务边界、完善测试与校验； 4、有数据标注平台、Workflow编排、数据合成或AI训练数据管道开发经验者优先； 5、具备代码大模型应用经验或主导过基于LLM的实际业务应用落地者优先，有顶会论文者优先； 6、优秀的跨团队协作能力，具备积极主动的开发理念，具备强烈的自驱力与“把事情做好”的建设性心态，能通过技术创新与业务重塑解决实际痛点。
