1、持续跟进多模态理解与生成、AIGC、实时渲染等领域的技术动态，结合直播业务场景探索最前沿的生成式AI技术，保持技术领先性； 2、推动前沿AI技术在直播业务场景的应用落地探索，尤其在互动礼物特效生成、主播虚拟互动消费等方向，大幅提升内容创作效率与用户体验； 3、建立高效的数据链路和模型优化工程基建，完善多维度的评测方案，逐步形成完善的技术体系。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握计算机视觉、图形图像等基础知识；至少在多模态理解、图像生成、视频生成、3D/4D生成、程序化生成等中的某一个方向上非常熟悉，有实际研发经验； 3、具备扎实的算法和编程基础，熟练掌握C/C++和Python编程，具备良好的自驱性和独立开发能力； 4、具备在CVPR/ICCV//NeurIPS/SIGGRAH等顶会顶刊发表过论文的经历；有良好的学术敏感度，能够及时跟踪前沿研究成果并开展深入研究； 5、对内容创作有浓厚兴趣、工程能力强、了解渲染引擎、基模微调经历等。
