日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责国际支付风控的特征与数据体系建设：参与风控特征的设计、开发与维护，覆盖用户、设备、商户、交易等多维度特征，支撑风控模型的训练与实时决策，保障特征对业务的完整覆盖与可解释性； 2、负责风控数据链路的搭建与优化：建设实时/离线特征计算与存储体系（特征平台、特征仓库、样本库），保障特征数据的时效性、准确性与一致性，提升特征上线与模型迭代的效率； 3、结合LLM等前沿AI技术探索风控场景落地：参与智能特征挖掘、异常模式识别、风控策略生成等方向的研发，助力AI技术与风控业务深度融合； 4、参与风控数据质量保障与治理：建设特征监控、质量校验、样本回流与标注机制，沉淀数据规范与治理流程，支撑风控模型持续迭代与策略调优； 5、参与各专项技术调研与前瞻项目，重点关注LLM、智能风控、智能合规在支付&金融服务领域的应用探索与落地实践。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、统计等相关专业优先； 2、热爱计算机科学和互联网技术，精通至少一门编程语言，包括但不仅限于：Java、C、C++、PHP、Python、Go；熟悉SQL，掌握扎实的数据结构与算法、操作系统等计算机基础知识； 3、熟悉大数据处理组件（如Spark、Flink、Hive）或具备特征工程、数据挖掘项目经验者优先； 4、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分，对数据敏感，能发现并定位数据问题； 5、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力；有LLM应用、Vibe coding、Agent开发经验或风控相关项目经验者加分。
