ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：集团信息系统部（Corporate Information System）负责字节跳动信息系统建设。通过构建领先的信息系统，助力公司业务和组织的长期高效经营与发展。与此同时，在安全、隐私、合规层面持续治理，为公司的稳健发展保驾护航。字节跳动的业务模式复杂，用户规模大。到现在，集团信息系统部已经覆盖人事、财务、法务、采购、审批、职场等多个领域，隐私安全工作同步开展，AIGC创新孵化也在逐步落地实现。

1、负责AI产品的需求分析、用户研究与方案设计，输出相关产品文档； 2、协同跨团队资源，跟进产品落地全流程，保障项目顺利推进与交付； 3、通过数据与用户反馈持续优化产品，提升功能体验与使用效果； 4、关注AI领域前沿技术，探索技术在业务场景中的创新应用与落地可能； 5、完成产品相关文档整理、项目沉淀与知识体系建设。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、信息管理、工业设计等相关专业优先； 2、对AI／大模型产品有浓厚兴趣，有使用AI产品的深度体验和思考，有基本的数据分析能力，熟悉SQL或Python者优先； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维和结构化表达能力，能清晰拆解复杂问题； 4、具备较强的自驱力、学习能力和资源协调能力，能够推进跨团队合作项目落地； 5、每周可实习4天及以上，持续实习3个月以上。

加分项： 1、有AI产品、SaaS或To B产品相关实习或项目实践经历； 2、参与过AI相关产品设计、应用落地或工具类项目实践； 3、了解主流AI技术原理及产品化思路，具备技术理解力； 4、有技术背景，沟通协作能力强，可高效对接技术团队。
