1、深度参与字节跳动扣子AI Agent研发团队，你的优化方案将直接提升亿级用户的智能交互体验，让技术成果被真实用户感知； 2、主导AI Agent核心能力升级，优化工具调用精准度、长期记忆有效性、上下文理解一致性等关键能力，打造更智能、更可靠的Agent体验；突破上下文窗口限制，构建具备持续学习能力的长期记忆系统，让AI Agent真正“记住”用户需求并持续进化； 3、解锁行业最前沿的AI Agent优化手段（上下文工程、模型后训练等），在鼓励激进创新的环境中，自由尝试各种突破边界的技术思路； 4、构建科学的效果迭代体系，设计量化评估方案（任务完成率、用户满意度、效率等），用数据驱动Agent效果提升；分析用户反馈与运行日志，定位性能瓶颈，通过提示词优化、工作流调整、模型选择与后训练等手段，持续迭代Agent的效果与效率。
