团队介绍：风控团队由算法、工程、产品三大团队协同构成，为抖音、今日头条、豆包、剪映等字节跳动业务的内容、交易、流量、账号场景提供智能风控，服务十亿级用户；场景对抗性极强、推理链路长、多模态数据海量，是 AI 时代最有挑战的实战领域之一。算法团队推进 LLM/MLLM 与 Agentic AI 的工业化落地，构建下一代智能风控基建；工程团队依托高并发、大数据与大模型，搭建端云一体的多层对抗体系与情报预警；产品团队评估业务风险、制定策略、探索 AI 在风控中的边界。三线协同，打造高效、前瞻的智能风控防线。

1、负责字节跳动电商场景的风险发现与治理，覆盖营销活动、交易、商家/达人经营、恶意买家等风险，持续与黑灰产及作弊团伙对抗； 2、基于LLM/MLLM对商品、直播/短视频、评介、IM会话等多模态内容和交易行为做理解与风险识别，结合CPT、SFT、RL等技术优化风控垂域大模型，重点提升大模型对行为序列、关系图、特征等结构化数据的理解和推理能力，完成风控大模型落地； 3、构建面向电商风控的Agentic系统，打磨领域Agents体系，提高风控核心链路运营效率，优化复杂工具调用、多Agent协同和自进化，提升风险感知和识别能力、风险分析和审核效率、自动化策略和建模应用，完成风控Agent建设； 4、综合运用图模型、表征学习、序列建模、多任务学习等技术，建设用户/商家长短期画像和风险识别模型，探索大模型与传统风控模型的协同（如大模型标注、蒸馏、知识与特征增强），在满足线上性能与成本约束的前提下提升准召，实现大模型与传统模型融合； 5、构建高质量的领域数据集和Benchmark，建设模型与Agent的评测及Harness Engineering体系，以业务指标为导向持续迭代，打造业界领先的电商智能风控算法体系。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、数学等相关专业，3年以上算法研发经验； 2、扎实的算法与数据结构基础，熟练掌握Python/Go/C++/Java中至少一门语言，熟悉PyTorch等主流深度学习框架，具备优秀的工程落地能力； 3、熟悉主流大模型（如Qwen、DeepSeek、Gemini等）的训练、微调与推理原理，有SFT、RL、RAG、长上下文等方向实战经验者优先，有Agent系统研发或落地经验者优先，熟悉Agent/Harness开发、Agent Evolving、Agent评测等技术； 4、对业务和数据敏感，能够从数据中发现风险、提出解决方案并验证效果；有电商、反作弊、安全策略相关经验，或对黑灰产对抗有了解者优先； 5、主观能动性强，有钻研精神，能适应快速变化的业务需求，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神。

【加分项】 1、英语6级以上或有同等的雅思、托福等成绩，能在工作中进行英语沟通者优先。
