1、负责智能协作产品的全栈研发，从服务端架构到前端交互，打造面向亿级用户的AI原生体验； 2、深度参与AI Agent平台建设，设计并实现大模型应用的后端服务、工具调用框架和智能工作流； 3、探索LLM在办公协作场景的落地应用，包括智能文档、智能问答、自动化任务执行等方向； 4、主导团队工程效能提升，通过自研工具和系统优化研发流程，用技术手段解放生产力； 5、技术栈：Golang+TypeScript/React，基于大模型（LLM）构建智能应用。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、算法、网络、操作系统； 3、掌握至少一门后端语言（Go/Java/Python等），有Web开发经验；了解前端技术（React/Vue）者优先； 4、对AI/大模型有热情，了解LLM基本原理，有Agent、RAG、Prompt Engineering相关项目或实践经验者优先； 5、有开源项目贡献、技术博客、竞赛获奖（如ACM、数学建模等）者优先； 6、较强的产品思维和自驱力，乐于探索新技术，善于团队协作。
