1、参与火山引擎计算AI Agent产品需求分析、技术选型、方案设计、用户体验提升等，提升AI Agent在AIOps、智能推荐等业务场景的产品竞争力； 2、参与企业级AI Agent架构设计与实现，主要包括Agent架构演进、上下文工程、评测和观测等技术方向； 3、持续跟进AI与大模型领域技术发展趋势，结合相关实际业务场景引入新技术和新方案，推动团队技术体系的持续迭代升级，支撑业务规模化发展。

1、熟悉云基础产品服务架构，具备IaaS领域实践经验，3年以上云计算领域开发经验，其中至少1年以上云+AI领域工作经历，能独立主导技术项目落地； 2、具备AI Agent系统架构设计经验，熟悉Prompt Engineering、RAG、LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen、MCP等一种或多种技术栈； 3、熟悉推理模型，具备强化学习、规划算法实践经验，对Agentic AI研发范式有深入理解优先。
