1、建设字节跳动稳定性生态体系和标准，提供覆盖全链路压测、容量规划、容量治理、混沌工程、巡检演练等场景完整解决方案，打造全链路容量评估&治理体系，负责系统架构和研发工作，持续保证系统高可用，为字节跳动各业务稳定性保障及亿级DAU产品提供基础支撑和技术支撑； 2、保障字节跳动线上核心系统稳定性，打造业界领先的稳定性治理基础能力，同时，结合AI Agent针对传统工程架构不断进行升级完善； 3、保证稳定性基础上，围绕计算资源构建完整的成本优化方案，提升业务资源利用率，降低计算资源成本，助力公司AI浪潮下业务突破； 4、结合业务场景，设计并实现涵盖字节跳动云原生基础设施、中台服务、业务应用的统一故障模拟系统，支撑针对海量用户的容灾演练和风险巡检； 5、研究软件工程学术前沿，并结合业务场景进行探索落地，引领公司和业界技术潮流。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程及相关专业； 2、热爱计算机科学和技术，精通Go/Python/Java/C++等至少一门编程语言，有良好的编码能力和风格； 3、熟悉Linux，对容器化、云原生架构、网络协议、文件系统等，有分布式系统、中间件、PaaS平台研发相关经验加分； 4、优秀的后端架构设计能力，具备分布式、高并发开发经验； 5、对问题有清晰分析和全局思维，能提出具有创造性的解决思路和方案；责任心强，有良好的对外沟通和团队协作能力； 6、具备AI Infra、GPU容量治理、模型推理性能优化、Agent开发以及机器学习经验者优先。
