1、作为AI应用工程师，你将端到端地实践AI在业务系统中的应用；通过合理的架构方案，确保平台高效、稳定且可持续演进；你需要与产品、设计及跨区域工程团队紧密协作，推动平台能力、可靠性和开发者体验的持续提升； 2、设计、构建并持续演进后端服务，确保可维护性、可扩展性与可观测性；通过性能分析、调优和代码质量改进提升系统可靠性； 3、与产品、设计及跨职能团队合作，交付新功能并优化用户体验； 4、通过代码评审、架构指导和知识分享指导团队成员成长； 5、驱动中长期技术路线图，制定清晰的演进策略； 6、运用成熟方法解决复杂问题，帮助团队更高效地应对技术挑战。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学或相关专业； 2、后端开发经验或同等技术深度，能够独立负责中等及以上复杂度的系统； 3、精通Golang/Java/Python（一种或多种），具备扎实的后端架构经验； 4、熟悉消息中间件、关系型数据库及常见后端设计模式（幂等、重试、限流、异步任务等）； 5、具备AI Agent相关经验和技能者优先，包括但不限于： 1）熟悉AI Agent架构设计与开发（如基于LLM的自主决策Agent、多Agent协作系统）； 2）有Agent工具调用（Tool Use/Function Calling）、规划与推理（Planning&Reasoning）、记忆管理（Memory Management）等核心机制的实践经验； 3）了解主流Agent框架（如LangChain/LangGraph、Claude Agent SDK等）并有实际项目落地经验； 4）熟悉RAG（检索增强生成）技术及其在企业级系统中的工程化实践；对Prompt Engineering、上下文管理、Agent可观测性与评估（Eval）有深入理解。
