1、负责AI Agent在业务与研发场景中的能力建设，推动D2C/UX Agent、问题定位Agent、Bugfix Agent等方向落地，提升任务完成率、稳定性与交付效果，同时推动AI Coding、AI Agent、Evaluation等方向在真实工程和业务场景中的落地与优化； 2、负责Agent基础设施建设，包括上下文管理、Skills/CLI、Agent Runtime、工具调用、自动化验证、评测体系等模块； 3、设计并落地覆盖需求理解、Issue Diagnosis、Coding、Bugfix、Validation、Review、Delivery的Agent Workflow，推动AI在真实场景中的规模化应用； 4、面向客户端与业务场景，建设可复用、可扩展的AI Native能力底座，支撑多团队接入与持续演进； 5、主导关键技术方案设计与系统演进，解决复杂问题，沉淀通用能力与工程方法。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业； 2、3年及以上研发经验，具备扎实的工程能力和良好的系统设计能力； 3、熟悉Android、iOS、Web中至少一种技术栈，对客户端研发链路、业务交互形态和工程体系有深入理解； 4、扎实掌握数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络等计算机基础； 5、有AI Coding、LLM Application、AI Agent等相关实践，理解上下文管理、任务拆解、工具调用、执行控制、结果验证等关键机制； 6、有平台化、基础设施或系统建设经验，能够独立负责核心模块设计与落地；具备较强的问题分析、抽象建模和跨团队协作能力，能推动复杂项目落地。

加分项 1、有D2C/UX Agent、Issue Diagnosis、Bugfix Agent、自动化验证等方向实践； 2、有Agent Infra、Runtime、Workflow、Evaluation、Post-training相关经验； 3、熟悉Cursor、Claude Code、Codex等AI Coding工具，并有实际落地经验； 4、有研发效能、自动化测试、代码生成、质量平台、CI/CD等基础设施建设经验； 5、有开源贡献、平台产品化经验，或主导过从0到1的项目落地。
