1、负责火山引擎经营平台核心后端系统的架构设计与研发，覆盖商品/定价、交易订单、合同结算、销售与客户管理、项目交付等To B商业化关键链路，支撑火山引擎云与AI业务的规模化增长； 2、参与面向AI时代的经营服务底座建设，包括高并发交易引擎、分布式事务、多级缓存、异步消息与事件驱动架构、多租户与权限体系，保障万级TPS下的强一致性与高可用； 3、参与AI能力在经营链路的工程化落地，包括大模型调用网关、Agent工具层（Tools/MCP）、长任务编排、Prompt与模型版本管理、AI调用的限流降级与成本治理，让AI能力以稳定、可控、可观测的方式嵌入业务； 4、参与系统稳定性与性能优化：建设全链路压测、故障演练、限流降级、容量规划、AIOps异常检测等能力，在AI推理流量爆发与企业级大促场景下保障系统SLA； 5、参与经营平台与底层AI基础设施的协同：对接算力调度、AI网关、模型推理服务、计费计量等平台，为上层AI经营应用提供稳定可靠的后端能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机基础，深入理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络与分布式系统原理； 3、熟练掌握至少一门主流编程语言（Go/Java/C++/Python/Rust等），有良好的编码习惯与工程质量意识； 4、了解MySQL/Redis/MQ/K8s等常用后端组件的基本原理，有分布式系统、微服务、高并发服务相关项目经验者优先； 5、对AI与To B商业化的结合方向有强烈兴趣，了解大模型、AI Agent、RAG、推理服务等基础机制，或有用AI能力构建过实际应用（如智能助手、知识库、Copilot类工具）者优先； 6、具备良好的抽象设计能力和工程落地能力，责任心强，乐于在复杂业务场景中解决挑战性问题。
