团队介绍：我们正在打造面向企业的巨量AI工作台，从商家在字节跳动生态的经营与营销场景切入，通过主Agent与机会洞察、数据分析、创意制作、直播运营、广告投放等数字专家，帮助客户完成从经营诊断、策略制定到执行落地的完整链路。 组织形态上，我们以业务发展为牵引，组建由产品经理、算法与工程、产品运营构成的虚拟小队。小队围绕明确的客户问题和业务结果，自主决策、快速验证、敏捷迭代。成为共同重新定义产品工作方式的建设者。

1、负责字节跳动AI Agent的产品规划、能力设计与版本迭代，面向企业的经营和营销诉求，打造可规模化落地的智能体产品； 2、深入理解业务团队的真实工作流，识别高价值、可自动化、可智能化的任务场景，抽象通用Agent能力，包括任务拆解、规划执行、知识检索、工具调用、工作流编排、记忆机制、多轮交互和人工确认机制等； 3、建立Agent效果评估和持续优化体系，围绕任务完成率、解决率、采纳率、人工节省时长、响应质量、成本、时延、用户满意度等指标，搭建线上数据监控、负面案例复盘、灰度实验和迭代闭环； 4、持续跟踪国内外AI Agent、ToB应用的产品趋势，结合字节跳动业务场景输出产品判断和创新方案。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有AI产品实习经验优先，对大模型以及AI应用领域有较大热情，对大模型的特性与动态有跟踪和理解； 3、学习能力优秀，逻辑思维清晰，有较好业务场景理解能力； 4、具备较好的协调沟通能力，有较好的复杂项目推进经验。
