团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音、国际化、创新与中台等业务的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音、国际化、大模型、番茄小说等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、参与抖音、抖音电商数仓/大数据体系的AI Agent系统建设，搭建稳定、高效的Agent Harness（涵盖Agent运行时、多轮对话、任务编排、工具调用、上下文管理、异常恢复等核心能力），并持续优化长程任务执行的效率与效果； 2、参与Agent后端服务开发，提升系统在复杂任务、多轮执行、并发请求下的稳定性、可控性与可观测性； 3、结合真实使用反馈，持续优化Agent的任务完成率、响应效率和工程质量。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、大数据等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的软件工程基础，熟悉至少一种后端开发语言，Python经验优先； 3、熟悉数据库、SQL、数据仓库或大数据研发基础知识； 4、对大模型、AI Agent、AI Coding、工具调用等方向有兴趣或实践经验； 5、具备良好的问题分析能力和工程落地能力，能够在复杂系统中持续迭代优化； 6、有AI Agent、Text-to-SQL、RAG、智能问答、开发者工具相关项目经验优先；有数据平台、指标平台、数仓研发、大数据分析相关经验优先；有后端服务、异步任务、消息队列、缓存、测试框架相关经验优先。
