团队介绍：负责字节跳动旗下泛抖音、国际化、创新与中台等业务的数据 BP 工作，业务版图覆盖抖音、国际化、大模型、番茄小说等板块。我们以数据高效赋能业务增长为核心使命，深度扎根各业务线，以数据体系建设为根基、以业务目标达成为导向，为业务方提供专业、稳定、高效的数据服务与架构解决方案。工作内容聚焦海量数据的治理与应用，需对产品全链路数据进行复杂且深度的分析挖掘；深度参与大数据产品的迭代优化，探索前沿数据技术在业务场景中的落地实践，在字节跳动的技术土壤中实现个人能力与业务价值的双重增长。

1、参与数据平台AI Agent产品的前端开发，负责对话式交互、智能工作流编排、Agent可视化配置等核心模块的设计与实现； 2、基于React+TypeScript搭建Agent应用前端架构，封装可复用的对话组件、流式渲染、工具调用展示等能力； 3、与算法、后端协作，对接大模型API与Agent服务，将Function Calling、多轮对话、任务规划等能力转化为流畅的用户体验； 4、探索AI赋能前端的新范式，包括低代码Agent搭建、智能代码生成、自然语言驱动的数据查询与可视化等创新场景； 5、持续优化产品交互细节与性能，关注用户反馈，快速迭代打磨AI产品体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、具备扎实的前端基础，熟练掌握HTML、CSS、JavaScript/TypeScript；熟悉React或Vue等主流框架，了解组件化开发思想，有实际项目开发经验；了解前端工程化基础，如Webpack/Vite、模块化、Git协作等； 3、对AI Agent、大模型应用有兴趣，了解Prompt、对话交互、Function Calling等基本概念，有相关项目或课程实践经验者优先； 4、具备良好的学习能力和好奇心，愿意主动探索AI新技术并尝试落地； 5、沟通顺畅，有团队协作意识，能积极参与需求讨论与方案设计。
