1、负责抖音智创AIGC特效链路的核心服务开发与优化，参与Multi-Agent协作系统设计，打造高可用的后端系统； 2、设计和实现基于LLM的智能体核心架构，包括任务规划、对话管理、意图识别和流程工程； 3、打造任务管理和排队系统，提升资源利用率和用户体验； 4、开发和优化效果RAG库，提升模型在特效领域的专业表现和知识理解能力； 5、参与抖音智创AIGC投稿链路的性能监控和成本优化等数据开发工作，应用数据开发、分析、挖掘等技术，为抖音等业务的AIGC链路提供数据解决方案，提升数据使用效率。

1、精通Python、Go、SQL编程语言，具备丰富的服务端开发领域经验和优秀的架构能力，有系统设计和开发经验； 2、对语言大模型、多模态大模型、Agent技术以及大模型的部署流程有基本的了解和认识； 3、熟悉RAG技术实现原理，能够设计和优化知识检索系统； 4、深入理解AI Agent技术栈，熟练掌握主流智能体开发框架，具备LangChain等框架的实战经验，能够构建可扩展的智能体系统； 5、有强烈的学习欲望，对新技术抱有足够热情和好奇心，热爱AI技术。
