1、负责营销Tab的业务规划：制定目标用户、核心场景、产品定位、阶段目标和演进路线； 2、识别高价值目标人群：结合剪映APP用户基础和创作链路，深入电商、生活服务等营销创作者，分析人群规模、内容需求、生产方式及付费意愿建设营销能力及策略； 3、设计工具+Agent产品方案：围绕素材理解、选题策划、脚本生成、批量处理、智能包装和成片优化等任务，组合传统工具、AI工具与Agent，降低营销内容创作门槛； 4、推动项目落地：与算法、研发、设计、数据、运营、商业化等团队协作，完成需求定义、方案评审、研发上线、效果验收和持续迭代； 5、建立数据体系：围绕人群覆盖、创作效率、导出和付费建立指标体系。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上互联网产品经验，具备良好的产品规划和业务理解力，有电商用户端营销产品工作经验者优先； 2、拥有较强的用户思维，了解如何洞察、获取和分析用户本质需求和感受的方法，对营销有自己的理解，具备较好的用户体验设计能力、逻辑思维和商业思维； 3、对大模型和AI Agent有持续关注和实践理解，能够判断哪些问题适合传统工具、AI单点能力或Agent组合任务解决； 4、自我驱动，责任心强，具备优秀的跨部门协作能力。

加分项： 1、有电商、生活服务、广告营销或商家内容生产相关产品经验； 2、有AI视频、数字人、智能成片、脚本生成、素材理解或多模态Agent项目经验； 3、自己是视频创作者，或长期深度使用剪映等内容创作工具。
