1、迭代Agent框架和Agent代码，对齐真实场景和训练场景下的Workflow； 2、参与Agent基础设施建设，调研并解决商业级Agent开发流程痛点，提升开发效率； 3、参与设计和构建下一代AI Agent Harness，面向特定领域的长程任务做技术预研； 4、迭代Agent落地技术，包括不限于可观测性、沙盒、多模态工具等。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，人工智能、计算机、自动化相关专业优先； 2、熟练使用Python，有构建服务/平台/Pipeline经验； 3、有使用大语言模型/Agent构建应用的经验，有独立开发经验者优先； 4、具备良好的系统设计与代码质量意识； 5、有技术热情，对各种技术有广泛了解，能够快速上手各类常用组件。
