1、负责大数据开发套件（数据开发、数据运维、数据治理等）中智能Agent的架构设计与研发，深度参与Agent的规划、记忆、工具使用等核心能力的构建与实现； 2、主导Agent核心能力与工作流的编排，将RAG、Tool Use、上下文管理等关键技术与大数据场景深度融合，为复杂任务提供精准、高效的自动化解决方案（如需求理解、智能SQL生成、自动发布、自动运维等）； 3、设计并实现强健、高可用的Agent服务端运行时，负责Agent与大数据开发套件的集成，持续优化系统性能与并发能力； 4、探索多Agent协作模式，构建Agent的评估、测试与迭代优化机制，确保Agent的能力与可靠性持续演进； 5、与产品、算法及用户紧密合作，将前沿的Agent技术转化为实际的产品价值，关注并引入业界理念与实践，保持团队在Agent领域的技术领先性。

1、计算机、软件工程、LLM等相关专业本科及以上学历； 2、计算机基础扎实：精通Java及Spring生态，对高并发、性能调优有深入理解和实践；具备良好的Python开发能力，能灵活运用于Skill等脚本开发； 3、LLM Agent工程能力：对RAG、模型上下文管理、工具调用、MCP、多Agent编排等有一定的研究和落地经验；熟悉OpenClaw、Claude Code等Agent Harness框架的内部原理并有应用经验； 4、系统工程与架构能力：具备优秀的分布式系统设计能力，熟练运用缓存、消息队列等中间件；对系统高可用、高并发设计有深刻理解；熟悉可观测性（Logging、Metrics、Tracing）、API设计与演进、安全与权限体系； 5、产品与协作：具备良好的产品意识和用户同理心，能从业务价值出发思考技术方案；拥有出色的沟通与跨团队协作能力，能高效推动复杂项目落地。

加分项 1、大数据体系认知：对大数据技术体系有基础认识或实践经验，包括但不限于存储与计算（如Hadoop、Spark、Flink、Hive、Presto/Trino）、工作流调度（如Airflow、DolphinScheduler）、元数据管理与数据治理等。
