1、作为团队成员，深度参与Agent产品及Agent Harness的架构设计与功能实现，探索AI与业务场景的深度融合； 2、针对特定应用场景，通过Context Engineering、Prompt Engineering、RAG、SFT（指令微调）等手段，系统性提升Agent的逻辑推理、长程任务规划及指令遵循能力； 3、负责或参与Agent Harness及Multi-Agent技术框架的搭建，建设上下文与状态管理、工具调用、执行控制、记忆、沙箱等能力，推动前沿Agent技术在实际产品中的快速落地； 4、探索并构建稳健的评估方法论，开发自动化评估与可观测工具，全面、客观地量化Agent在基础推理、复杂环境交互、执行轨迹及工具调用等方面的表现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业优先； 2、具备出色的编程能力，深入理解数据结构与基础算法，熟悉TypeScript/JavaScript、Python、Java、C++、Golang等至少一门语言； 3、熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、LlamaIndex等LLM应用框架的设计思路及组件，理解Agent Harness的基本机制，有实际的RAG或在线Agent项目落地经验； 4、熟悉Context Engineering和Prompt Engineering，理解CoT、ReAct、Plan-and-Execute等典型推理与Agent执行范式，并能根据业务反馈持续迭代优化策略； 5、熟悉Node.js、FastAPI、Flask等Web开发框架，具备API设计、服务端开发、部署及问题排查的工程经验； 6、有Agent Harness、MCP、自动化评估、开源项目贡献经验，或在GitHub上有高质量AI相关项目者加分。
