1、深度参与公司用户增长、投放、营销等系统的质量保障工作，从系统设计、研发流程、发布机制等维度识别质量风险，参与或主导质量工程体系建设，持续提升测试质量、效率及研发协作效率； 2、负责制定并持续演进面向复杂业务与快速迭代场景的质量策略与测试体系，探索并实践AI/大模型在质量保障领域的应用； 3、结合业务特点与工程实践，引入并建设自动化测试、稳定性保障及智能化质量能力，推动测试从“覆盖驱动”向“风险与决策驱动”演进； 4、深入业务质量痛点和复杂技术问题，利用或定制开源工具、平台能力或内部系统，形成可复用的质量解决方案。

1、本科及以上学历，具备3年及以上测试开发或质量工程相关经验，有参与复杂系统或业务质量保障的实际经验； 2、扎实的软件测试基础，能够基于业务与系统特性设计测试策略，理解并实践敏捷研发与CI/CD场景下的质量控制与风险治理； 3、具备良好的计算机基础，理解常见数据结构与算法思想，能够使用至少一门编程语言（如Java/Python/Go等）进行测试工具、平台或质量能力的工程化建设； 4、对AI技术（如大模型、智能Agent、自动化推理等）有较强兴趣，具备主动学习能力；有AI+测试/质量工程（如AI生成自动化/案例，测试Agent等）相关经验优先； 5、对测试与质量工程的长期演进有独立思考，具备自驱力和技术前瞻意识；具备良好的沟通与推动能力，能够在多角色协作中推动质量问题的识别与闭环； 6、在自动化框架、压测工具、稳定性保障、大数据处理工具者等方向有深层技术积累与实践者优先；具备服务端白盒测试经验者优先。
