1、负责TRAE整体Agent Harness能力的效果优化与架构设计：设计、迭代TRAE的多智能体（Agent）框架与调度策略（如任务分解、工具编排、Agent协作等），在真实开发场景下持续提升端到端问题解决能力与鲁棒性； 2、负责多模型适配与策略调优：面向代码智能场景，完成模型适配、Prompt体系设计、推理策略与Pipeline设计，根据不同任务特征选择、组合和调度模型，提升整体编程成功率与用户体验； 3、负责TRAE的Context Engineering体系建设：设计和落地代码智能场景下的上下文工程方案，包括代码仓库、文档、Issue/工单、日志等多源信息的召回、排序、压缩与注入策略，构建高质量上下文（context），在复杂长链路任务中持续优化「用对信息」； 4、负责Agent效果分析：搭建并完善TRAE端到端核心效果指标定义，对策略/模型/框架改动进行实验设计、结果分析与归因，驱动持续迭代； 5、持续跟踪LLM、Agentic Workflow、Tool Use、Code Agent等方向的前沿进展，结合TRAE业务特点进行技术调研与方案创新，在关键方向上形成方法论沉淀，产出专利、论文或对内技术影响力。

1、硕士学位及以上，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业背景，博士学位或具备同等实力者优先； 2、具备扎实的编码能力与工程素养，熟练掌握至少一门主流编程语言（Golang/Python等），具备良好的数据结构和算法功底； 3、有大模型应用相关经验者优先：熟悉大模型的Prompt调优，了解各种模型使用机制，能够针对模型做工程适配； 4、对Agent框架、工具调用（Tool-Calling）、多轮规划/执行、上下文检索与编排等方向有实践经验或深度兴趣，能够从「端到端效果」视角思考系统设计； 5、具备良好的产品意识与指标意识，能够从用户视角和业务视角反向设计评测指标与实验方案； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和自驱力，愿意在快速变化的AI Coding领域中持续学习与探索。

加分项 1、在大模型、Agent、AI Coding等相关方向有高影响力项目经验或顶会论文/专利产出； 2、有IDE/DevTools/CI/CD/代码分析等工具链相关研发经验，对工程实践有深刻理解； 3、有构建自动评测平台、日志回放系统、智能数据闭环（从用户数据到训练数据）的经验； 4、对开发者体验（DX）有强兴趣，乐于与真实开发者深度共建产品与工作流。
