1、主导智能Agent系统整体架构设计，负责模块（感知层、决策层、执行层、交互层）划分与技术栈选型，涵盖大模型适配、记忆库、知识库、Skills等模块； 2、设计并落地多Agent协同交互框架，支持以标准协议接入内外部Agent，实现任务规划、逻辑推理、决策执行等能力，提升智能体自主解决复杂问题的能力； 3、负责Agent应用的性能优化与稳定性保障，包括响应延迟优化、并发能力提升、错误容灾机制设计，确保架构满足高并发、低延迟、可扩展需求； 4、集成记忆库、知识库、Skills等技术，沉淀通用Agent开发框架、组件库与技术解决方案，支撑业务场景快速落地； 5、跟踪Agent领域前沿技术动态（如多模态Agent、自主智能体演进方向），结合业务需求规划架构迭代路线，参与产品需求评审，提供技术可行性分析与方案建议； 6、与产品、算法等团队紧密协作，推动AI Agent产品从需求到上线的全流程落地，持续优化产品体验与业务价值。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信、人工智能、数学等相关专业； 2、3年以上后端开发或AI应用开发经验，有完整的AI Agent项目开发经验； 3、深入理解大语言模型基本原理、能力边界与应用场景，具备大模型微调数据准备与模型微调训练能力； 4、熟悉主流AI Agent开发框架与工具（如扣子、Spring AI等），能够阅读和优化其代码；熟悉OpenAI、千问、豆包、DeepSeek等大模型生态； 5、精通C++、Java、Go、Python中至少一门编程语言，有良好的编码习惯与工程能力； 6、良好的沟通协调与团队协作能力，能够跨团队推动项目落地。

加分项 1、有开源Agent框架（AutoGPT/MetaGPT等）二次开发经验； 2、有Agent开发者平台或Agent整体架构落地项目经验； 3、有AI效能类产品/研发效能工具建设经验。
