1、参与Agent Infra的建设，参与评测建设、AgenticSearch、知识库等基础能力建设，对大模型应用效果进行持续调优，通过数据分析与策略改进，提升工具的性能和体验； 2、构建多维评测框架，综合确定性校验、模型裁判与人工抽检的混合评估策略；建设回归测试与实验能力，为迭代效果提供量化保障； 3、构建「执行→反馈→分析→优化」的自进化闭环，通过轨迹分析自动识别薄弱环节，驱动上下文工程策略调优与能力自适应更新； 4、跟踪AI技术趋势，思考AI研发新范式、AI新技术在研发提效中的落地场景，驱动产品创新。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，硕士学位优先； 2、熟练掌握Python，同时熟悉Go/Nodejs/TypeScript中至少一门，具备良好的系统设计能力； 3、熟悉主流大模型的能力边界、API调用与Prompt工程实践；理解Agent Loop、ReAct、Plan-and-Execute等主流架构模式； 4、优秀的逻辑思维，善于将复杂场景拆解为可落地方案； 5、良好的沟通协作能力，认可团队的目标和文化，能和团队一起探索新技术，推进技术进步。

加分项 1、有Agent评测体系搭建经验，熟悉混合评估方法，或有LLM微调、模型评测经验； 2、有Agent自进化、数据飞轮系统设计经验，或上下文工程、分层记忆系统实践经验； 3、有Multi-Agent编排框架实际项目经验； 4、有RAG系统建设经验，熟悉向量检索与知识图谱，或熟悉MCP、Function Calling等工具集成协议； 5、有研发效能工具或AI Coding产品开发经验； 6、在Agent/LLM领域有开源贡献或论文发表。
