团队介绍：产品研发和工程架构-Seed 产品研发质量效能团队，负责豆包、飞书、豆包工作、Gauth、猫箱等多款AI 产品的质量技术体系建设，是业务和 AI 生产力平台的质量底座。团队覆盖 toC 与 toB 多种应用场景，通过构建风险识别与防控体系，推进质量体系从标准化到自动化、智能化升级；方向涵盖 Harness 验证工程、AI 评测、稳定性&安全治理、效能工具开发等，全面探索 Agent-First 质量保障新范式。你将直面大模型结果质量、AI 生成过程可控性、大规模复杂系统风险挖掘与自修复等前沿技术难题，与团队一起用 AI 为 AI 产品保驾护航。

1、参与豆包Harness Loop系统的构建和演进，面向PC/Mobile/Web/Server各端建立AI coding时代下可靠、闭环的准入准出AI验证能力，确保Loop稳定高效运转； 2、设计、开发质量门禁AI Agent，包括不限于AI生成自动化、AI用例生成、效果评测、智能CR、压测Agent、发版Agent等自动化门禁能力，并为Agent落地效果负责； 3、面向复杂项目场景设计AI质量保障方案，灵活运用AI工具高效、高质量交付项目，保障项目的质量、效果、体验和稳定性； 4、通过AI工具对线上问题进行挖掘和分析改进，闭环改进措施，帮助产品体验提升； 5、参与通用工具、平台建设，提升产品研发团队工作效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具备基础的编程能力，至少熟悉一门常用开发语言；具备扎实的计算机基础知识，了解网络通信基础，包括TCP/IP、HTTP等常见协议； 3、熟练使用至少一种AI编程工具，能够将AI能力应用于自动化验证、评测脚本开发、问题分析等场景；对AI产品质量、自动化验证、评测。
