1、负责AI Agent Skill的设计、开发、测试及持续优化，将业务流程、知识能力、数据查询、系统操作等能力封装为可被Agent调用的技能； 2、深入理解用户及业务需求，结合业务流程和数据分析识别高价值场景，将复杂问题拆解为可执行的Agent Skill，定义任务流程、输入输出、调用逻辑及异常处理机制； 3、基于大模型、Prompt、MCP等技术，持续优化Agent对技能的理解、选择、调用及执行准确率； 4、负责Agent Skill与企业内部系统、API、数据库及第三方服务的集成，并结合业务数据进行分析，推动AI从信息问答向任务执行、数据洞察和业务处理演进； 5、建立Agent Skill的测试与评估机制，通过任务完成率、调用准确率、执行成功率及业务效果等指标进行分析，定位问题并持续优化技能效果和用户体验； 6、与业务、产品及研发团队协作，参与AI Agent项目的需求分析、业务分析、方案设计、开发、测试及上线落地，并持续沉淀可复用的Skill和解决方案。

1、本科学历或以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、数据分析等相关专业优先，英语可以作为工作语言； 2、熟悉大模型应用及Agent基本原理，理解Prompt Engineering、Context Engineering、RAG、Tool Calling、Function Calling等技术； 3、熟悉Python，并具备一定的SQL、数据处理及分析能力，能够完成数据提取、清洗、分析和基础指标构建，为Agent Skill设计和效果优化提供支持； 4、具备较强的业务理解、需求分析和问题抽象能力，能够通过业务流程和数据识别问题、分析原因，并将需求设计为结构清晰、稳定可用、易于复用的Agent Skill； 5、熟悉MCP、Agent Tool、Workflow等工具调用机制，能够设计合理的参数、权限边界、异常处理及结果反馈机制，并具备一定的数据接口和系统集成能力； 6、主动性强，对数据和业务结果敏感，具备良好的逻辑分析、沟通协作、跨部门推动及多项目并行能力。

加分项 1、有Agent Skill、MCP Server、Agent Tool、智能客服、Copilot或类似AI Agent项目的实际开发和上线经验； 2、熟悉LangChain、LangGraph、Dify、OpenAI Agents SDK等一种或多种Agent开发框架； 3、有Agent Evaluation、自动化测试、评测集建设或复杂企业系统集成经验。
