1、在Mentor指导下，参与TikTok搜索结果页等场景的产品研发，与产品、设计、算法团队紧密协作，通过A/B实验与数据分析驱动功能迭代，持续优化亿级用户的搜索体验； 2、基于Lynx/Android/iOS/Server等多端技术栈，参与搜索业务模块的开发与调优，在性能瓶颈、稳定性保障等真实工程挑战中，系统性地积累跨端开发经验； 3、将AI Agent融入日常研发流程——从辅助编码、智能调试到自动化测试，参与AI工具在搜索业务场景中的探索与落地实践； 4、协助推进性能监控、异常治理、缓存预加载等专项优化，从数据采集到方案落地全链路参与，深入理解大规模应用的工程化运作体系。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学/软件工程/人工智能或相关专业优先； 2、每周可实习4天，持续3个月，扎实的编程基础，熟悉至少一门主流语言（TypeScript/JavaScript/Python/Go等），具备良好的代码风格和工程习惯； 3、自驱力强，学习速度快，乐于探索新技术；面对不确定性时，能主动拆解问题、寻找路径； 4、良好的沟通与协作能力，能高效与Mentor和跨职能团队配合推进任务。

加分项： 1、有实际使用AI编程工具（如Cursor、GitHub Copilot、Aime等）辅助开发的经验，能描述具体场景和效果； 2、对LLM/AI Agent有基本认知，了解Prompt Engineering、Function Calling、RAG等概念，有过基于AI工具链（如LangChain、MCP、Agent Framework等）搭建应用或自动化流程的尝试； 3、接触过跨端开发技术（Lynx、RN、Flutter等）或有移动端/服务端开发经验； 4、有高质量的个人项目、开源贡献、技术博客或竞赛经历。
