1、专注大模型领域，特别关注智能交互、文本生成以及其他核心NLP/ML算法模型在隐私安全的构建和提升； 2、在隐私领域内开发其他相关算法应用，包括但不限于内容生成、推理和代码生成等； 3、探索与大模型相关的前沿技术，并将它们应用于以隐私安全为中心的场景。

1、2027届获得硕士及以上学位，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备大模型训练和强化学习算法经验，以及具有在大模型训练和应用中有效解决问题的经验加分； 3、熟练掌握至少一种深度学习框架，如TensorFlow或PyTorch，包括其训练和部署的具体细节；熟悉常用的机器学习和深度学习算法，以及基本的网络模型结构和文本表示方法； 4、出色的编码技能，熟练掌握至少一种编程语言，如Python、Go或C++，并具备算法和数据结构的扎实基础； 5、有AI助手、智能对话、智能机器人经验优先。
