日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、构建并测试应用型AI解决方案，包括基于大语言模型的工具、智能标注或工作流自动化，在合适的项目上重新思考或替代传统流程； 2、与数据科学、算法及其他跨职能团队合作，参与实验设计与分析，支持对实验结果进行结构化解读，推动基于数据的问题解决； 3、梳理标注项目的SOP，包括流程图、决策树拆解、使用指南、局限性与最佳实践，促进方案的复用及在部门内的推广，并根据标准SOP梳理情况提出优化建议； 4、调研、评估并实验与AI Agent产业相关的人工智能工具、模型及前沿趋势。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学/数学/计算机/通信/人工智能等理工科专业优先； 2、对主流LLM和AI Agent有基础认知，熟练使用Word/Excel，会SQL/Python优先； 3、逻辑思维清晰，能够将模糊复杂问题拆解为结构化步骤； 4、英语可作为工作语言，英文流利，雅思6.5及以上，托福/六级等需要同等水平。
