1、参与设计和开发企业级Agent系统，实现自动化规划、任务拆解及执行，服务特效创作工具、游戏生成等应用场景； 2、推动Agent系统对复杂任务的规划和拆解，不断优化Agent解决实际问题的路径和效果； 3、参与Agent评测调优，识别瓶颈和问题，通过Prompt工程优化、Skill等调优手段，持续改进Agent的准确性和可用性； 4、持续关注大模型、智能体开发以及安全领域的前沿技术动态，收集相关技术信息，为团队引入新技术、新方法提供参考，助力团队保持技术先进性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能等相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机、编程基础，熟悉主流大语言模型的原理及方法； 3、熟悉Web前端（TS/Vue/React等）或后端（Node.js/Python/Java等），有全栈开发经验优先，熟练运用任一AI Coding工具（TRAE/Claude Code/Codex等）； 4、逻辑清晰，善于总结归纳，能够通过观察和数据发现问题； 5、热爱AI相关技术，对应用和落地工程感兴趣，富有钻研创新精神。

加分项： 1、拥有大量Prompt实践和优化经验； 2、有LLM应用/Agent开发经验，了解Function Call、RAG、Eval、Multi-Agent等任一方向； 3、有Multi-Agent系统搭建实践经验或Agent落地应用经验； 4、有游戏引擎的实践经验，如：Unity、UE、Godot、Cocos等； 5、对技术有较大的热情，学习能力强，责任心强，工作认真细致，具备良好的服务意识，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力。
