1、我们希望招聘一名具备扎实后端工程能力、熟悉AI Coding与Agent系统的工程师，参与团队AI研发基础设施建设； 2、你将围绕真实研发、知识管理、Oncall和运营场景，建设可稳定运行、可量化评估、可持续演进的Team Agent，使AI从个人效率工具逐步成为团队的工程执行伙伴；负责Team Agent平台的设计与研发，包括Agent Runtime、沙盒执行环境、知识与记忆系统、工具调用、工作流编排及多入口接入； 3、深入研发、Oncall、告警处理和运营支持等真实场景，将高频流程沉淀为可复用的Skill、Preset和自动化工作流；建设面向大型代码仓库的AI Friendly能力，包括项目知识体系、上下文检索、代码语义检索及知识同步机制； 4、建设Agent的评估与可观测体系，包括执行Trace、成功率、耗时、成本、质量评估和回归测试；负责系统的生产化建设，持续提升稳定性、权限安全、故障恢复、资源效率和可维护性； 5、与业务及工程团队协作，推动知识和流程的标准化沉淀，降低跨模块协作与新人上手成本；持续跟进Agent、模型和开发工具的发展，结合团队实际场景完成技术选型和工程落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，熟悉数据结构、网络、数据库、并发和分布式系统基本原理，熟练掌握Go、Java、Rust等至少一种后端语言，能够独立完成服务设计、开发、测试和上线； 3、具备较强的系统设计与问题拆解能力，能够将模糊需求收敛为清晰、可验证的工程方案； 4、熟悉大模型、Agent Loop、Tool Calling、RAG、Memory或Workflow等相关技术，有实际使用AI Coding工具完成项目的经验，理解上下文管理、任务拆分、代码审查和质量控制； 5、具备良好的负责人意识，能够主动识别问题并推动跨角色协作； 6、重视工程质量，能够综合考虑稳定性、可观测性、数据一致性、权限和长期维护成本，具备良好的总结和沟通能力，能够将个人经验沉淀为团队可复用的文档、工具和规范。
