1、负责TikTok Shop业务场景下AI Agent的设计、开发与迭代，覆盖从需求分析到架构设计、开发上线的全周期工作，为商家和用户提供智能、高效的产品体验； 2、将Agent能力深度落地至电商核心场景，包括但不限于智能客服、商品运营辅助、经营决策支持、内容生成与业务流程自动化等，助力商家、达人更好地触达消费者、提升经营效率； 3、负责Agent技术栈的持续建设与优化，涵盖Context工程、Harness、RAG检索增强、Multi-Agent协同、Memory系统、强化学习、流程编排及知识库构建等方向； 4、深入理解电商垂直领域的业务逻辑与商家诉求，使Agent能够精准理解并执行专业性强的复杂业务需求，真正解决商家经营中的实际问题； 5、持续关注AI与大模型领域前沿技术动态，快速将新技术应用于产品迭代。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有优秀的代码能力，熟练掌握Go/Java/Python编程语言； 3、熟悉Agent架构核心组件的设计原理与调优方案，了解主流开源Agent框架（如LangGraph/Pi等），具备Prompt调优、Harness、RAG、上下文工程、Skill编写等实践经验； 4、学习能力强，对新技术保有好奇心，善于独立思考与反思总结，具备将复杂问题转化为简洁高效方案的能力； 5、良好的沟通与跨团队协作能力，热爱技术，拥抱开源。
