日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动AI创新业务团队，在这里你将有机会参与到行业前沿产品的规划设计，开拓自己的行业视野，与先进团队共同成长。

1、负责豆包大模型“写作”能力的评测体系搭建，制定兼具文学性与逻辑性的评估标准； 2、深入分析模型生成的负面案例，拆解写作问题，反哺算法团队进行模型效果调优； 3、需求全链路管理，从0到1梳理评估需求，细化为可执行的SOP，配合产品完成需求全链路管理。

1、本科及以上学历在读，汉语言文学、新闻传播、社会学等文科或社科专业优先； 2、能保证每周4天出勤，实习周期长者优先，具备良好的职业素养，事事有回应； 3、有大模型（LLM）相关实习经历者优先，对AI写作工具感兴趣； 4、具备文字敏感度与优秀的逻辑思维能力。
