1、负责抖音直播、视频等场景下，基于AI能力的风险感知产品设计与落地，包括但不限于风险识别模型、智能分析系统、Agent应用等； 2、主导构建和优化以RAG、知识库为核心的内容理解与治理策略，深入挖掘舆情、热点等风险场景，协同算法、数据团队，提升风险识别的准确性与时效性； 3、探索并实践Agent在社区治理、应急响应等流程中的应用，设计和搭建自动化、智能化的解决方案，提升平台治理效率； 4、深入理解平台风险与治理逻辑，持续跟踪AI产品上线后的运行效果与数据反馈，通过数据分析驱动产品迭代和模型优化，保障业务健康发展与用户体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历；计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、拥有扎实的AI产品设计与落地经验，对RAG、知识库、Agent搭建等至少一个领域有深入理解和实践，有成功的产品落地案例； 3、具备优秀的数据分析能力和逻辑思维，能从复杂业务场景中发现问题，并通过数据驱动产品持续创新与优化； 4、对内容治理、风险控制、应急响应等领域有浓厚兴趣或相关经验，能快速理解业务并转化为产品方案； 5、具备出色的跨团队沟通、协调和项目推进能力，能够高效协同算法、工程、运营等多个团队，确保产品目标的达成。
