1、负责社交与投稿内容生态的策略运营工作，基于现有产品机制和推荐分发框架，优化投稿、分发、互动和用户触达等环节的运营效率；深入理解用户投稿动机、内容消费偏好和社交互动机制，结合数据分析和内容判断，发现影响投稿转化、内容质量和用户关系建立的关键问题；具备较强内容判断力，能够从内容质量、用户价值、平台生态和长期留存角度，对内容表现和运营策略进行判断，并输出优化建议； 2、结合AI工具和已有模型能力，提升内容识别、负面案例分析、用户触达、策略执行和效果复盘等运营环节的效率，推动AI在实际运营场景中落地；围绕核心指标进行策略拆解、效果分析和AB实验跟进，持续验证运营策略效果，并推动策略迭代和流程优化； 3、协同产品、算法、工程和数据团队，推动运营方案从问题识别、策略制定、执行落地到效果复盘的完整闭环。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备内容运营、策略运营、用户运营、数据分析或相关实习/项目经验者优先，对AI工具或内容理解能力有兴趣，有Prompt使用、内容标注、负面案例分析、评测集建设或自动化运营经验者优先，对内容有敏感度和判断力，深度使用主流视频、内容或社交平台，理解内容质量、用户兴趣和传播互动逻辑； 3、学习能力强，执行力好，能够在已有业务框架下快速理解问题、优化流程、提升效率。
