团队介绍：字节跳动基础设施部门，负责字节跳动的全栈算力基础设施，从芯片服务器产研、到超大规模数据中心，到传统云平台和如今的AI Native Cloud，全方位为抖音、豆包、今日头条、飞书、火山引擎等各类产品提供领先、稳定的百万量级大规模算力基础设施服务。我们的领域涵盖数据中心建设、内核操作系统开发、服务器集群管理、高速网络通信、EB级数据存储体系、搜索型数据库探索、基于LLM的AI基础设施的研发调度与治理等，致力于打造业界领先的、面向LLM的AI云原生基础设施架构与产品矩阵。

1、负责字节跳动云原生计算底座，支持字节大模型训练推理以及抖音等业务线推荐、广告、搜索等训推场景集群管理与调度工作，同时支持集团整体的通用计算业务； 2、负责字节跳动GPU集群统一调度系统的设计与实现，优化大规模AI训练与推理场景的资源分配效率；参与训练推理场景的分布式计算框架设计与实现； 3、负责字节跳动Agent Runtime底层系统开发，探索极致轻量级虚拟化、高密度容器等前沿技术； 4、支撑基于DPU的软硬一体架构计算基础设施设计与开发； 5、负责基础设施的智能化运维，用Agent方式重构基础设施系统的设计、开发、运维流程，提升基础设施系统的自动化与智能化水平；参与超大规模基础设施的可用性和稳定性保障。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、相关专业PhD优先，热爱计算机科学和技术，熟练掌握至少一门编程语言（C++、Go、Rust、Python等）； 3、具备良好的系统化问题分析能力，能够主动发现并解决问题；

加分项： 1、有容器、Kubernetes、调度器、分布式计算、并行计算相关项目经历； 2、有GPU编程、CUDA、高速网络或异构计算相关经验； 3、对大模型训练推理架构有了解； 4、有AI Agent、LLM应用开发经验。
