团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、深度参与大模型前沿方向的数据工作，重点负责视频生成模型的数据标注与管理，模型效果评估； 2、建设视频生成大模型的数据生产和质量提升流程，建设起行业领先的数据生产标准； 3、建立科学的模型效果评估方案与策略，保证对模型效果的正确评估，助力模型效果达到业内一流； 4、深入理解业务场景、市场动态和大模型技术趋势，牵引数据团队和算法团队的深度融合。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，影视相关专业，广播电视编导、编剧、电影学、导演、戏剧与影视等优先； 2、熟悉大模型模型评估，有数据标注与管理的经验，具备从训练数据到模型效果评估到优化的完整经验者优先； 3、有较强的分析和沟通能力，擅长从数据、评估中发现有价值的产品改善建议，并能推动落地； 4、对GenAI有热情与热爱，具备出色的好奇心与学习能力； 5、视频生成模型相关从业经历优先，院线类电影相关从业经历优先。
