1、负责抖音短视频UGC内容推荐策略，通过数据定量分析和定性观察，发现内容生产-分发-消费的关键问题并做出合理假设，落地策略达成目标； 2、深入理解推荐机制流程以及算法基本原理，和推荐算法、数据科学团队紧密协作，完成策略分析、落地迭代及效果验证。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/统计/数学相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL/Python，能够将业务或分析目标拆解为可执行的数据分析方案； 3、大模型深度用户，对Agent、LLM有系统性了解，理解其基本原理与应用方式； 4、具备内容鉴赏与判断能力，作为用户对主流内容平台有深度使用体验和见解； 5、具备推荐/搜索/广告策略产品实习经验者优先。
