1、负责AI音乐创作工具的整体产品规划与设计，打造面向音乐人、内容创作者的下一代AI辅助创作平台； 2、主导核心创作功能（AI歌声合成、编曲辅助、作词作曲、MIDI编辑、混音母带、人声克隆、Stem分离等）的产品设计与体验优化； 3、深入理解目标用户（专业音乐人、半专业创作者、UGC用户）的创作工作流，挖掘差异化产品价值点； 4、建立产品数据指标体系，跟踪用户创作留存、作品产出率、工具使用深度等核心指标，驱动产品迭代； 5、跨团队协同：与设计、前端、客户端、算法、业务方紧密配合，推动高复杂度创作工具的落地与上线； 6、深度调研行业音乐创作类产品的产品形态与用户体验，输出产品洞察与产品策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，产品设计、计算机、音乐科技、数字媒体等相关专业优先； 2、有ACE Studio、Suno、BandLab、GarageBand等音乐创作类产品的深度使用经验； 3、熟悉DAW（数字音频工作站）工作流，理解MIDI编辑、音频编辑、VST插件、混音等核心概念； 4、具备一定的用户体验与交互设计功底，能够独立完成复杂专业工具的产品方案设计； 5、对AI音乐生成技术有基本认知，能够将算法能力转化为优秀的用户体验； 6、具备音乐创作背景，有个人作品或音乐项目经验的优先。
