1、参与企业级AI Agent工作台与AI云原生产品的端到端研发，包括Agent运行时与生态建设（如Agent执行、工具调用、Skill/Plugin/MCP生态、多Agent协作和任务编排等），把复杂AI能力打磨成用户可理解、可配置、可持续使用的产品体验，让AI真正进入客户日常工作流； 2、覆盖前端交互、状态管理、后端服务、数据链路的完整全栈工程，把产品需求拆解成稳定、可维护、可复用的工程实现； 3、参与企业级AI产品的权限、配额、审计、观测、稳定性和成本治理等能力建设，理解AI产品从"能跑"到"可控、可信、可规模化交付"之间的工程内涵； 4、参与AI Agent评测体系建设，设计覆盖任务成功率、工具调用准确性、多轮对话、推理链路、安全合规等维度的评测框架，持续提升Agent质量与迭代效率； 5、以AI原生方式改造研发流程，将AI Coding、自动化验证、端到端调试等能力沉淀为团队可复用的工作流。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、计算机基础扎实，理解数据结构、网络、浏览器、HTTP/WebSocket、异步编程和基本工程质量要求； 3、熟悉或愿意深入学习TypeScript、React、Node.js、Python等技术栈，能够独立完成从交互到接口再到边界处理的完整闭环； 4、对AI Agent、LLM应用、工具调用、工作流编排、MCP/Plugin、自动化执行等方向有强烈兴趣； 5、具备产品意识与工程责任感，愿意从用户任务出发思考"为什么做、怎么让它真的可用"，能够在产品、设计、后端、平台等多角色协作中推动问题闭环。

加分项 1、有完整Web应用、组件库、Node服务、BFF、浏览器插件、桌面端或全栈项目经验； 2、使用或研究过Claude Code、Codex、Hermes、LangGraph、MCP、RPA、Computer Use、Agent工作流等工具或框架； 3、做过AI应用、RAG、知识库、文件解析、长任务执行、自动化测试、可观测或权限系统； 4、有开源项目、竞赛、科研、工程博客或高质量个人项目；能主动用AI工具提升开发、调研、验证与表达效率。
