1、负责直播AI轻应用具体工具与玩法的产品设计和迭代，深入直播间观察主播与观众的真实使用场景，挖掘主播和公会的需求，利用AI工具快速产出可运行的玩法原型，跟进上线并根据数据反馈持续优化； 2、参与Coding Agent生成链路的体验优化，通过实际生成任务的测试与负面案例分析，定位需求理解、代码生成、自验证等环节的质量问题，提出优化方案并跟进落地，推动生成成功率和交付效率提升； 3、参与直播领域Skills、生成规范和场景模板的建设，将验证有效的玩法沉淀为可复用的模板资产，并观察主播、公会和创作者的使用反馈，持续打磨0-1生成与模板Remix的创作体验； 4、跟踪Coding Agent、多模态生成和AI创作工具等行业前沿产品与技术进展，输出体验分析与调研结论，通过快速原型验证新想法在直播场景中的可行性。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限，计算机、软件工程、人机交互等相关专业优先； 2、对大模型、Coding Agent和多模态生成有浓厚兴趣和基本理解，是AI产品的深度用户，持续关注行业前沿进展； 3、有AI相关实习、个人项目或产品实践经验，有完整的个人作品或个人项目者优先； 4、具备较强的动手和原型验证能力，能够使用AI编程及多模态生成工具，将产品想法实现为可交互、可运行的Demo； 5、具备良好的用户同理心和内容判断力，是直播、短视频等内容产品的活跃用户，对直播内容、互动玩法和创作方式有自己的观察和思考； 6、具备较强的学习能力、负责人意识和沟通协作能力，面对模糊问题能够主动拆解、快速上手，并推动事情拿到结果。
