1、游戏开发工具建设：针对游戏开发的各环节（玩法原型构建、游戏生成链路、美术素材生成、开发测试辅助等场景），结合AIGC技术，协助完善高效、可规模化的应用方案并推动落地； 2、分析跟进开发者需求：跟踪游戏开发者动态，结合用户反馈与数据表现，挖掘开发者痛点并提出产品优化建议； 3、推动跨团队协作：协调技术、运营团队完成需求评审、排期与上线，通过AB测试验证功能效果，确保项目高效交付； 4、技术追踪与实验：紧密跟进AIGC（图像、视频、音频、代码等）技术等领域的最新进展，设计并执行在具体游戏/玩法中的技术验证实验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数字媒体技术、游戏设计等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉生成式AI的基本原理与应用，有AIGC工具的实际使用和调优经验；了解游戏开发流程及常用工具（如Unity、Cocos、H5等），对游戏互动逻辑有基本认知； 3、强烈的探索欲与执行力：对AI前沿技术充满好奇，具备出色的自主学习能力，并能快速将想法转化为实践；结果导向与业务敏感度：不只关注技术本身，更能思考技术对业务产能、用户体验和商业价值的实际影响；优秀的沟通与协同能力：能清晰表达技术概念与实验结论，推动跨团队协作； 4、有AIGC项目实践经验，或独立完成的游戏Demo/互动项目；在技术社区（GitHub、技术博客、论文阅读等）有活跃贡献或深度沉淀；对小程序/小游戏生态有深入了解。
