日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、深度参与电商多端增长运营Agent项目，覆盖需求挖掘、产品方案设计、研发落地、线上迭代全流程，联动研发、算法、数据、业务等多方团队协同完成项目； 2、深度参与人群圈选Agent项目，基于业务目标完成人群与商品的圈选口径设计与验证，协助搭建标签、规则与投放策略，通过数据反馈持续优化圈选精准度与转化效果； 3、深入电商多端增长业务场景，识别影响增长表现的关键因素，从产品视角拆解问题并沉淀策略框架，完成需求梳理与方案设计，跟踪线上效果、输出优化方案以提升增长收益； 4、参与Agent效果评测与复盘，协助定义评估指标、设计标注与实验规则，形成数据闭环，持续提升策略与Agent的质量和体验。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数据科学、统计学、信息管理经济学、数学等相关专业优先； 2、每周可实习4天，可连续实习3个月优先，学习能力强、上手快，面对陌生业务和工具能快速理解并投入，愿意主动补齐知识缺口； 3、对电商业务、AI产品有浓厚兴趣，关注电商发展和AI前沿应用，愿意钻研新问题、追求更好的结果； 4、能把复杂、模糊的业务问题拆解为指标、策略与产品方案，具备较强的数据分析与结构化思考能力； 5、表达清晰、协作顺畅，能主动与业务方探讨对齐需求、推进跨团队落地，自驱、责任心强； 6、有电商业务（增长/内容/行业运营等）、Agent产品、智能分析相关项目或产品实习经验，会熟练使用AI工具者优先。
