1、负责剧本等AI写作场景的策略运营，覆盖灵感、大纲、人设、剧情推演、正文生成、续写、改写及润色等核心意图； 2、结合专业创作经验，定义不同写作意图的理想效果和评测标准，持续提升剧情完整性、逻辑自洽性、人物一致性和内容表现力； 3、深度参与Prompt、Skills及创作工作流的设计与调优，建设写作评测集和案例库，通过负面案例分析、策略实验和效果评测推动持续迭代，沉淀不同题材、篇幅及创作阶段的通用方法和最佳实践； 4、洞察创作者真实需求，协同产品、算法和研发团队优化AI写作体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备成熟的小说、剧本或游戏叙事创作经验，有已发表、上线或完结作品者优先；熟悉大纲设计、人物塑造、剧情推进、节奏控制及对白创作，能够专业判断内容质量； 3、是AI创作工具的深度用户，熟悉Prompt，有AI辅助写作实践经验； 4、具备较强的结构化表达、问题归因和实验能力，能够将创作经验转化为明确的策略和评测标准； 5、对内容趋势和创作者生态敏感，具备较强的执行力及跨团队协作能力。
