1、负责豆包的模型效果、需求分析和产品设计 2、从用户视角定义产品体验，并细化到对模型训练数据的理想态定义和标准制定； 3、与算法等团队紧密协作，全流程参与模型训练和实验迭代； 4、结合模型评测、用户调研、线上数据反馈等，不断完善认知并制定相应的迭代策略； 5、对行业动态、前沿研究和新产品持续保持关注、一手体验和思考。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、学习能力强，对AI有足够的热情；有互联网产品或大模型或搜索相关的实习经验优先； 3、聪明且自驱，具备良好的逻辑思维和团队协作精神； 4、具有愿景和目标驱动，具备强交付意识和沟通协作能力，适应快节奏的工作方式； 5、有AI相关创业经历优先。
