团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、参与自研基座模型训练的数据策略工作，覆盖LLM/VLM、Code&Agent、世界模型（视频生成/游戏引擎/3D)、具身智能等前沿方向，从优化方向定义、数据策略制定、数据管线搭建、评测集构建、小范围数据验证、及应用产品设计，全程参与大模型能力迭代； 2、围绕预训练和后训练，从评测和用户反馈中挖掘模型优化需求，和Seed算法团队设计数据生产和回流路径； 3、协同数据工程团队落实规模化清洗与合成数据的管线，并联动标注运营、专家社区和供应商开拓人工评估和标注资源，为模型优化与产品迭代提供高质量的数据保障。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、人工智能、软件工程、数学、统计学等理工科专业优先； 2、具有优秀的科研能力、Coding实现能力和端到端管理意识； 3、对AI行业有强烈好奇心，熟练使用各类AI工具，主动追踪前沿技术与产品动态； 4、具备系统思维与数据驱动思维，能够设计数据生产、评估与处理链路，通过分析发现和解决问题； 5、具有较强的跨团队协作与项目推进能力，兼具责任心与大局观。

加分项 1、活跃的AI创作者或开源社区贡献者，有Hackathon等参赛经历； 2、有编程经验或算法/研发背景； 3、熟练使用扣子、Dify、Claude Code等工具，有Workflow/Agent搭建经验； 4、熟悉视频生成架构（DiT等）或游戏引擎（UE/Unity）、物理仿真、渲染管线。
